Available Positions

President – Leads the PTO, sets meeting agendas, and helps guide overall direction.

Vice President – Supports the President and steps in when needed; helps coordinate events.

Treasurer – Manages PTO finances, tracks spending, and prepares budget updates.

Co-Treasurer – Assists the Treasurer with financial tasks and record keeping.

Secretary / Co-Secretary – Takes meeting notes, manages PTO documents, and helps with communication.

Communications Coordinator – Shares PTO updates with families via email, flyers, and newsletters.

Co-Communications Coordinator – Supports communication efforts and helps keep families informed.

Social Media Coordinator – Manages PTO social media accounts and promotes events online.

Fundraising & Community Donations Coordinator – Organizes fundraising efforts and builds partnerships with local businesses.

Volunteer Coordinator(s) – Recruits and organizes volunteers for events and school support.

Staff Liaison – Acts as a bridge between PTO and school staff to support collaboration.
